How do I contact the Postal Service if I have an application or testing problem?
The Post Office recruitment section is incredibly difficult to contact and not available by phone at all, but you can reach them by email. The below help email addresses are included on most USPS job postings.

If you have an issue with the application process or with your exam, we suggest you send an email to all these addresses. Hopefully one of them will reach someone who is willing and able to help.
Unfortunately, there is simply no other way to communicate with them.
