This is one of the recently added new sections. There are five questions in the Help Your Customers section.
Each question consists of three elements: (1) a description of the service or product a customer wants, (2) a list of services, products, or regulations related to what the customer wants, and (3) four answer choices. You are to choose the answer that best serves the customer’s needs or, in some cases, the correct answer is that none of the options will work.
The big issue in this section is that an applicant has no knowledge of Postal services, products, or regulations. Even after reading a confusing question and the complicated answer choices several times, selecting the correct answer is a real challenge.
But have no fear. We have what you need to ace the Help Your Customers section and the exam as a whole.
Our practice test questions are the actual questions from the real exams slightly reworded to avoid violation of copyright laws. The same is true of the answer choices.
More importantly, the recommended answers in our bestselling USPS Practice Tests with Actual Postal Exam Questions & Proven Best Answers are proven to match their ideal employee profile … which is how they score. The author has used these answers to ace exams 474, 475, 476 & 477 multiple times. Our customers regularly do the same, and you can too.
