Verify Customer Information Section

This is one of the recently added new sections. There are five questions in the Verify Customer Information section.

Each question consists of a completed change of address form and a list of four items supposedly from that form. You are to determine if the four items given are correct or incorrect. If they are correct, if they match the info in the form, select Match for your answer. If they are incorrect, if they do not match the info in the form, select Error.

This may not sound terribly difficult, but the very slight variations in the numbers, names, spelling, etc. make it quite challenging.
